In 2020, your gifts to FBB put to work $110,723.51 in Humanist Grants through 13 organizations that effectively transform the lives of men, women, children, families, and entire communities.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, while our programming in Ghana has been on hold, you helped us provide monthly relief packages for 134 households. These packages supplement the lost income from closed schools and lockdowns in the region.
Through Humanist Disaster Recovery, you invested $19,517.24 in locally led recovery in marginalized communities. Your dollars empowered recovery efforts after earthquakes in Puerto Rico; hurricanes in the United States and the Bahamas; flooding in Uganda; and COVID-19 in the United States, Ghana, and Uganda.
Together we imagined it. Because of you, we’re building it. In 2021, with your support, we’ll do even more.
