Beyond Belief Network: September 2018 Team Winners

September’s Beyond Belief Network Picture of the Month comes from Kol Hadash Humanistic Congregation Community Service Committee’s High Holidays collection event in Lincolnshire, IL.  On the Jewish New Year lists were distributed with requested supplies for A Safe Place, a shelter for victims of domestic violence. On Yom Kippur community members brought the requested items filling two cars including $400 in gift cards. Great event, Kol Hadash!

Secular Humanists of the Lowcountry from Charleston, SC is the September Team of the Month. Ten volunteers came out to collect over 300 pounds of litter from their adopted stretch of highway. We’re sure your community appreciates their clean roadway!
