Our November Team of the Month, Minnesota Atheists held their first-ever fundraiser for Camp Quest. Camp Quest encourages kids, ages 8-17, to engage in rational inquiry, free speech and respect. At the party the team hosted, they provided table games, food and children's activities. They also organized a raffle and silent auction. Recently, eight members of Minnesota Atheists volunteered at The Food Group and packed 348 bags of breakfast granola. That’s enough to feed up to 1,392 people! The Food Group is a secular, NON-faith based non-profit organization whose mission is to to "serve the hunger needs of our changing communities".

Humanists of Rhode Island enlisted members via social media to help with a the homeless census being conducted by Rhode Island Coalition for the Homeless. They often work with other organizations as part of their volunteer efforts to make a larger impact.
