Announcing a Bigger, Bolder Compassionate Impact Grant
By GO HumanityIn October, Foundation Beyond Belief stated that we had several upcoming announcements. And now, we are excited to formally announce the launch of a brand new format — and the opening of applications — for our 2021 Compassionate Impact Grant (CIG).
You may know the CIG as a part of the Humanist Grants program, which has been one of FBB’s flagship programs. And it is no wonder why, given the impact that this program has had. With your help, Foundation Beyond Belief has given away more than $1.5 million in humanist grants to 177 beneficiaries over the past 11 years.
Because of you, our grants program has served people across the U.S. and around the world. You are responsible for the wonderful difference that we have made in the lives of men, women, children, families, and entire communities. However, there is always more work to be done. Together, we have created widespread impact. Now, let’s work towards long-term impact. With the new Compassionate Impact Grant program.
Foundation Beyond Belief will partner with and award a large, unrestricted grant to a single, special beneficiary that targets historically under-served communities.
The grant will amount to $150,000 over three years. Additionally, we will work to connect the beneficiary with much-needed volunteers. This program will help grantees to increase their impact in the lives of beneficiaries by ensuring that every dollar goes further in order to achieve long-term growth and sustainability.
We are asking you to join us, because together, we can do more. In the past, you envisioned a more compassionate, humanist world. In 2020, you made that world a reality by helping us to raise more than $150,000 to serve communities in need. Now, let’s push the limits further, imagine more — and build a better tomorrow for all. Join us in launching the 2021 Compassionate Impact Grant program, doubling our impact in the next year, and meeting our Annual Appeal goal of another $150,000.
