Community members in Kukuo meet to discuss savings options

By

After a series of training sessions, beneficiaries of the Humanist Action: Ghana program, Agriculture and Economic Empowerment Project (AEEP), and the entire business community of Kukuo felt the urgency and importance of saving money. They asked for the early implementation of a sub project under AEEP that creates an avenue for small business owners, including farmers, to save for wealth accumulation.

The only obstacle for the implementation of this important initiative is the logistics needed for its operation, including a metallic save-box with three key holes, client booklets, and stationery. This initiative only needs 145 Ghana Cedis ($34 USD) for a successful kick start and can impact the community for years to come.
