Announcing the 2021-2022 Heart of Humanism Award Winners

We’re thrilled to announce winners in the following categories, who will each receive a grant ranging from $50 to $500 to increase the impact of their work. The winners were announced at the American Humanist Association’s Annual Conference last month:
- Rookie of the Year – Humanists of Tallahassee
- Photo of the Year – North Orlando Oasis
- Backbone Volunteers – Central Ohio United Non-Theists
- The Eat. Sleep. Volunteer. Repeat. – Humanists of Polk County
- Gimme Food and Shelter – The Food Drive
- Brilliance in Resilience – Haitian Freethinkers
- Humanism at Work – Humanist Alliance Philippines, International
- Outstanding Leader – Odhiambo Dans, President of the Kenya Humanist Alliance
- Heart of Humanism – Sikivu Hutchinson
