Our final beneficiary: FOUNDATION BEYOND BELIEF

Each quarter beginning January 1, Foundation Beyond Belief will highlight one charitable organization in each of ten categories. The tenth charity each quarter will be the Foundation itself.

Members sign up for an automatic monthly donation in the amount of their choice, then set up personal profiles to indicate how they would like their contribution distributed among the ten categories. 

Those who choose to include the Foundation in their distribution will help fund our day-to-day operations, including the charitable giving program, our humanist parenting support program, and such planned programs as a humanist volunteer corps and a kids’ philanthropy program. 

The centerpiece of the Foundation will be a lively online community. Active members can join a social network and discussion forums centered on the ten categories of giving, advocate for causes, and help us choose the new beneficiaries each quarter. We are also creating a multi-author blog of world-class contributors focused on humanism, philanthropy, and the intersection of the two.

• To demonstrate humanism at its best by supporting efforts to improve this world and this life;

• To challenge humanists to embody the highest principles of humanism, including mutual care and responsibility;  

• To help and encourage humanist parents to raise confident children with open minds and compassionate hearts.
