Pathfinder Ben Blanchard to speak at Skepticon

By

Our very own Pathfinder Ben Blanchard will be speaking at Skepticon 7 this weekend!

His talk, “I got malaria, and so can you! Your primer on international secular service," will cover his international work with the Pathfinders Project, which took him from Cambodia to Guatemala. Closer to home, Ben has has also worked with the Student Secular Alliance, and is a microbiology/pre-med student. His talk will be from 11 am until 12 pm on Sunday, November 23.

Skepticon, the largest free skeptic conference in the nation, will begin this Friday in Springfield, MO. Other speakers include Skepticon founder JT Eberhard, PZ Myers, and Hemant Mehta (The Friendly Atheist).

If you're going to be at Skepticon, be sure to say hi to Ben, and also to swing by FBB's table and pick up some goodies (while encouraging your friends to sign up as members, of course).
