Activity report for August Food Security Project

We continue to actively take good care of our vegetable gardens especially the eggplants, sukuma wiki greens. This month has seen garden preparations as we plan for a big planting season that has just begun even though we are yet to expect the rains to pour and our crops emerge out of the soil. We have started planting corn, sweet potatoes, more cassava, adding more matoke banana suckers, yams and planting more fruit trees at our lands. We are planting again more greens like okra, garden eggs, amaranth or dodo, tomatoes and pea nuts.
