Dodo greens (Amaranth) gardens created at our schools

We are actively adding more green vegetables in our food security initiatives. We are involving more people in this campaign and among them being our students in upper primary with a passion of gardening. We have procured several tins of Amaranth seeds, we hope to also spice it up with the indigenous dodo variety in some other gardens and whichever that will generate better results,we shall go with that. About 20 children are participating in this and we look forward to having plenty of greens to add on food lunches and dinner meals for our students. With science, we can progress
