Donation of Sports Equipments to PREDA

On March 15, 2022, HAPI - Zambales Lead Convenor, Van Pugay Catayong, and Assistant Lead Convenor, Garry Rabang, visited People’s Recovery, Empowerment Development Assistance Foundation (PREDA), Inc. They brought sports equipment and board games for the children. These recipients are human rights victims and young child offenders.
