On the morning of August 28, 2023, HAPI National distributed morning meals to 50 residents of Brgy. Pinagbakahan, Malolos City Bulacan. The recipients, mostly children who were preparing for their first week of the new school year, received rice porridge with chicken and egg and bread when they passed by the HAPI Headquarters.
