Giveaway Pre-Packing Event

We had a larger than normal space for our pre-packing because we had soooo much stuff to prep for the giveaway. One project was the sorting of our thermal underwear by size. As veterans of distributing these before, we knew we had to go through and arrange them in order to enable a smoother giveaway process; it was all handled by a volunteer, Daniel. Thanks to I Support the Girls, we also had mascara, hair treatments, and specialized shampoo. Of course, the Atheist Community of Austin and the Freethinkers Association of Central Texas helped with many of the toiletries, toilet paper and some food items, while generous support from the public at large took care of much of the food, including ramen, water, applesauce and granola bars.
