The idea of the community pantry was that people could take what they need and donate whatever they can. HAPI Bulacan provided free vegetables, noodles, eggs, condiments and tofu to the people of Pinagbakahan, Malolos City, Bulacan who are mostly construction workers, indigent mothers and families whose income is not more than $45.00 a month.
