HAPI Bulacan celebrated Halloween later than the other chapters due to bad weather the week before.
On November 6, 2022, the kids were treated to spaghetti, hot dogs, popcorn, dessert, fruity punch, and loot bags. There was also a Best in Costume contest and games. Approximately 30 children joined in the fun.
Many thanks to the sponsors of the spaghetti who bought the ingredients and cooked it.
