SOGIE & HIV-AIDS AWARENESS: PART TWO

Part 2 of the SOGIE&HIV-AIDS Awareness Campaign was conducted at the HAPI Alabang Reading Room on October 22, 2022. HAPI Pride Ambassador, Steven Cross, discussed SOGIE (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Expression Equality) with approximately 20 members in attendance, followed by an HIV-AIDS discussion led by Ms. P of HASH (HIV and AIDS Support House, Inc.) Two CBS (Community Based Screening), Rodel and Heall, workers were on site to test anyone who wanted to do so for free. This event was the second in a series of awareness campaigns for HAPI chapters, spearheaded by HAPI Pride, in cooperation with HASH. This event was made possible with the support of Cafe Humaniste and Humanists International.
