Urban Gardening

Our Mutual Aid Garden Club joined urban agriculture nonprofit Fleet Farming for community agriculture. Volunteers worked on three neighborhood farms together, removing weeds, and harvesting sweet potatoes and two varieties of radishes for a low-cost CSA in an Orlando food desert. We were also able to share seeds, plant starts, and cuttings from the farms with community members.
