Thank you members!

After our recent public stumble, I was prepared to see a certain level of attrition in our membership. Given the wide range of approaches and outlooks of our members, it would have been completely understandable.

This morning I checked the stats. Total number of cancellations since Wednesday? Zero.

I am seriously moved by that. It also re-doubles our determination to learn from this and improve what we do. Watch for several announcements in the coming weeks.

But first, we’ll announce our new HUMAN RIGHTS beneficiary, hopefully in a matter of hours. Stay tuned, and thanks!
