We set up our tables at 9:00 am. Because many of our clients were familiar with us they formed a line in anticipation.
In addition to usual kit items such as socks, deodorant, nail clippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, we distributed a new item. We distributed small flashlights.
The flashlights had been requested by clients at prior events.
About 70 small tote bags were distributed for this event and clients were able to take a tote bag that had a handle. The handles were appreciated because our clients have limited ways to carry items if they don't have backpacks.
One client wore a religious medallion and gave us his blessing.
